The following are answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
Is Time Bandits Lacrosse a select program for Snohomish players only?
No. It is our goal is to serve the North Puget Sound lacrosse community by providing players who are ready to take their skills to the next level the quality coaching, exposure and playing experience they desire. Players from all rec programs are welcome. Currently we field players from Everett, Snohomish, Monroe, Edmonds, Mukilteo, Stanwood, Bothell/Northshore, Skagit Valley, North County, Woodinville and Bellingham and we look forward to including more clubs every year.
When are tryouts?
Youth Boys 4th - 7th Grade: Sunday, February 9th. Time and location TBD.
Boys 8th Grade - HS: Sunday, January 19th at Tambark Creek Soccer Fields in Bothell. 10am to 2pm
Girls Middle and HS tryouts will be held inside the regular Spring season, date TBD. Times can be found on the registration page as we near tryouts.
What is the cost for the Summer Select season?
We are proud to be the most affordable select lacrosse program in our area. Due to changes in our schedule stemming from COVID-19, the cost of our boys season has been modified.
Cost for the season:
- $565 is the cost for our modified season. (Additioinal uniform purchase still required for those that do not have one.)
- TBL Treasurer will be working on refunds over the next week or so for any families that have paid more than the modified schedule total.
- Any newly recruited players will be able to pay the modified amount.
- If for some reason one of these events gets cancelled we will again revisit refunds for any unused fees.
Girls- $625 for registration, plus $75 for a full uniform. 2020 Fees are TBD but will be very similar to 2019.
What Summer Tournaments will we be participating in? (NOTE: In light of COVID-19, we are in constant communication with tournament directors. Tournaments and play dates below were updated on 5/31/2020 and may change again.)
Time Bandits Boys (4th grade - High School)
MODIFIED SUMMER SCHEDULE FOR BOYS
- Begin practice as soon after June 21st as we are allowed. WA Phase 3 will have to be in effect to begin practice. (If Snohomish continues to lag, we may look for fields in Island County for the first two weeks.)
- Local Games: Working to organize at least one multi team local round robin play date in early to mid July.
- Pacific Open, Snohomish, WA (July 25-26): Location moved to Stocker Fields
- Valhalla Summer Invasion, Vancouver, WA (Aug 8-9) Location moved to Harmony Sports Complex.
Girls Time Bandits, Middle and High School
Riptide Classic in Irvine, CA, CANCELLED. Rose City Showdown in Portland, OR, July 18 & 19, Not likely to happen. Cascade Cup in Snohomish, WA July 24-26. We are looking for more options to play locally.
When do practices begin?
Practice for Summer will begin in early June for both Boys and Girls.

Practices will more than likely be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Communication regarding days and times will be sent via email at the beginning of the season.
NOTE: Harvey Field has some events that may result in our moving select practice dates to alternate fields. (You will know well in advance if this happens.)
If I played last year, can I reuse my uniform?
In 2019 we upgraded our uniforms to a more durable, light weight material more suitable for Summer play. All players who received a uniform in Summer 2019 can re-use that uniform in 2020 if it still fits properly and is in good condition.
Do you offer refunds?
To withdraw your registration for the season, you must send an email to the Club Treasurer. The date of the email will determine the refund amount.
Field Lacrosse Programs:
The deposit is non-refundable!
For a withdrawal request received at least 30 days prior to the first practice, Time Bandits will refund the Registration Fee paid minus the non-refundable deposit.
For a withdrawal request received less than 30 days of the first practice, Time Bandits will refund 50% of the Registration Fee paid minus the non-refundable deposit.
No refund will be granted after the first practice, regardless of the circumstances. At this time the club is committed to uniform, tournament, coach and field costs. An injured player will remain on the team roster and be eligible to join/return to the team upon recovering from the injury.
Box Lacrosse Programs:
For a withdrawal request received prior to close of Registration, Time Bandits will refund the Registration Fee paid minus a $15 service charge.
For a withdrawal request received between close of registration and start of practices, Time Bandits will refund 50% of the Registration Fee paid minus a $15 service charge.
No refund will be granted after the first practice, regardless of the circumstances. The club will be committed to league and field costs. An injured player will remain on the team roster and be eligible to join/return to the team upon recovering from the injury.
